Mortgage Research - Getting the Best Deal
Tuesday, January 27th, 2009For most of us, our home is our largest investment and biggest monthly expense. However, our research indicates that most people research buying a car or that flat screen TV more than the do the mortgage. Don’t let that be you! The Internet provides a wealth of information and having a good understanding of the mortgage process can set you up for a successful, long term mortgage solution. So you ask yourself, what is a successful mortgage solution? We base a successful mortgage solution as one that provides comfortable affordability. A successful mortgage solution also allows you to meet your current financial obligations as well as provides you the ability to meet, or better yet, exceed your short and long term financial saving goals. These goals should be put in writing and very clear. For example, it could be as easy as saving $100 per month. Broken down, that is $25 per week. Whatever your goals are, it is up to you to? It is time to take responsibility for yourself. A good place to start right now is at Midwest Mortgage Resource. Take advantage of all the free videos. Again, if you have any questions, post them here. Do not be afraid to ask me.

Over the next few months, I hope to address a variety of aspects with regards to the mortgage loan process and how to prepare yourself in order to get the best rate at the lowest cost in the marketplace. Rates today are at historic lows however, the issue is qualifying during the so-called credit crunch. The way to get the best rate is to be prepared and be informed. Have a good understanding of the process and if you do not understand something have it explained to you. Do not be afraid to ask questions.
Finally, if you have any questions, ask them here. There is no such thing as a dumb question. Maybe a dumb answer but not a dumb question. Please come back often.
